Basic Science Workshops

CFA Basic Science Workshops are scheduled for scientists involved in the study of HIV. The objectives of this workshop are to:

  • Feature the work of prominent national and local bench researchers investigating the basic science of HIV infection;
  • Promote a dialogue and collaboration between Texas-based bench researchers and scientists from other parts of the country;
  • Identify the implications for HIV/AIDS activism from the work presented.
