GET IT HOT: NEW ISSUE OF RITA! NOW ONLINE (3/6/8, PDF)

ATTENTION HOUSTON-AREA POSITIVES: The Houston Medical Monitoring Project (HMMP) is now underway. This project is supported by the Centers for Disease Control and the National Institutes of Health, and is designed to learn more about the needs of people who receive HIV care. The goal of this project is to improve services, and to make sure that Houston receives appropriate funding. If you agree to an interview, you will be compensated, and your information will be held in strict confidence. To learn more, please ask your health care provider, or visit the HMMP online.

LOOKING FOR TREATMENT INFO? START HERE.

The Center for AIDS (CFA) advocates both locally and nationally for better treatments and better access to care for persons living with HIV/AIDS and strives to keep the Houston medical and affected community informed, updated, and involved in the search for a cure. Our boards, staff, and volunteers dedicate themselves to these efforts.

The CFA publishes Research Initiative/Treatment Action! (RITA!) and HIV Treatment ALERTS! These publications provide the latest HIV/AIDS information to the medical and HIV communities. CFA publications are available on the Web.

To learn about our other activities, please see our Programs and Calendar sections. Also, read the latest edition of The CFA News (requires Adobe Reader.)
